About the event
Siobhan Seymour worked as a police officer in Fort Collins, Colorado for 16 years, serving 11 of those years as a Crimes Against Persons detective and working with victims of trauma. She is passionate about mental health and wellness and finding balance between the mind, body, and heart.

In 2020, Siobhan started The Kalyana Project (https://thekalyanaproject.com/), an organization founded on the idea that the body and mind are powerful tools and when working synergistically they can create a balanced and more fulfilling life. The goal is to achieve this balance through coaching clients to reach their goals- both internal and external- and providing the tools the client needs to become his or her best self. Siobhan is a certified life, spiritual, energy, and health coach and understands the link between body, heart, and mind. She offers a variety of holistic modalities to get you feeling better about where you are and heading toward where you want to be.
She's Fly® thinks mindfulness practices and fly fishing are a perfect pairing. We will be partnering with Siobhan this year on wellness retreats that incorporate fly fishing, casting lessons with yoga, and even classes for self-defense in fishing gear. Join us and learn more about The Kaylana Project!
