Join us for a 3-hour workshop taught by Dez Shallenberg that is designed for women to learn the foundations of self defense. This workshop includes situational awareness, body language, verbal boundary setting, and physical defense. In this dynamic, supportive, and safe environment put your new skills into practice with a padded instructor!
