We love happy customers! You may return new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping cost. We will either refund, repair, exchange, or replace your product. Shipping costs for returns will be at customer's expense. 

To start a return please contact us at info@shesfly.com and we will help with the process. Please include why you want to return your item and specify whether you want to refund, repair, exchange, or replace your product.

If you receive the wrong item or the item is defective, please call She's Fly at 970-682-4704 or email at info@shesfly.com within 2 weeks after delivery. 

All Adamsbuilt brand products are guaranteed to do what we say they will do!

If our products fail due to a manufacturing defect, Adamsbuilt will either repair or replace them at our discretion.

NOTE: This warranty does not cover abuse, improper care, accidents or the normal breakdown of materials over time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us with proof of purchase, or to the dealer where they were purchased for evaluation.
