Kelly McAlister
Saratoga Fly Fishing Guide
Kelly is a native of Saratoga, Wyoming where she grew up rowing and fishing the upper North Platte River in SE Wyoming. When she moved to Montana in 2016 she realized it was time to get back to her river roots. Kelly transitioned from a 15-year culinary career to guiding full time in 2017, moving from one male-dominated industry to another. Kelly spends the spring and late fall guiding in Wyoming on the North Platte, Encampment, and Bighorn Rivers and spends her summers on the Madison. Kelly is always up for adventure and seeks out opportunities to collaborate with people while having fun on the water. Her easy-going nature makes guests feel super comfortable whether fishing for the first time or the 500th. Kelly's fly fishing skills, enthusiasm, and constant curiosity bring a refreshing perspective to this sport and She's Fly® is ecstatic to work with her!

Caryn Nezat
Yoga Instructor
Caryn began practicing yoga in 2006 as a way to regain her health after pregnancy. Over the years, Caryn’s practice has ebbed and flowed with her responsibilities and two children. Yoga has been an integral part of rehabilitating her body and maintaining mental and emotional health. In 2019, she enrolled in a teacher training to deepen her understanding and practice of yoga. One of the most valuable lessons she has taken from the practice is the importance of making space for the Self. Caryn’s desire to share her understanding and passion for yoga is rooted in the heart. Understanding the impacts of samskara on human potential, Caryn hopes to bring guidance and healing to those whose path she crosses. Caryn’s approach to teaching is inclusive. She believes the yogic practice is accessible to all levels of physical and mental wellbeing, if only we make space for growth.
